All orders are sent using Australia Post please be advised that due to current Covid restrictions there may be a delay with the delivery times of your order. Unfortunately we are not offering international postage at this time.
If you wish to exchange a product that has been bought online please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item. All exchanges will be approved once item has been received by Motherhood Squad and is in acceptable condition. Item must not be worn, altered and must be in original condition.
The customer is responsible for returning the item to Motherhood Squad and this includes any related costs eg. postage.
We offer an exchange for damaged or faulty items but do not offer exchange for change of mind.
If a suitable product can't be found for exchange the customer will be issued with a credit note.
